Why are my orders being Cancelled in Whiplash?

When an order is marked as Shipped (AKA "Archived" or "Closed" on some platforms, including Shopify), Whiplash treats that as a signal that the order has already been worked, and the order is cancelled.

In the order's history, this will show as "Closed by Originator (Cancelled)".
